Linker Mobile Notary Service was formed in May of 2004 after its founder, Barbara Linker, completed a career in Information Technology. Linker Mobile Notary Service offers notary services to the general public and local businesses. In 2004, upon becoming a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, loan signing services were then offered to lenders, brokers, escrow and mortgage companies. Identity Theft presentations became available in 2006 after becoming a Certified Risk Management Specialist through the Institute of Consumer Financial Education. In 2011 Barbara Linker became a Trusted Enrollment Agent through the National Notary Association and completes Authorized Identity Verification services.
