Linker Mobile Notary Service is not licensed to practice law in the state of California, and can not give legal advice, prepare legal documents, nor be paid for legal advice. For Trust Signings it is recommended that an Attorney be present, or contacted for legal representation and advice.
Loan Signing Disclosure
As a certified loan signing agent, Linker Mobile Notary Service will present the important information and ensure that all documents are signed and notarized correctly. Answers to questions regarding a loan should be answered by the Loan Officer or an attorney.
Identity Theft Presentation Disclosure
The ID Theft Seminar has a set fee of $50.00 and includes round-trip travel time, presentation set-up preparation, and the 1 hour seminar. It is free to non-profit and community-based organizations.
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Compliancy and Background Check
Barbara R. Linker dba Linker Mobile Notary Service is compliant with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. All applicants appointed or reappointed as a notary public on or after January 1, 2008, must undergo a background check by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the California Department of Justice.
