Linker Mobile Notary Service was formed in May of 2004 after its founder, Barbara Linker, completed a career in Information Technology. Linker Mobile Notary Service offers notary services to the general public and local businesses. In 2004, upon becoming a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, and a Registered Signing Agent through The Signing Registry, loan signing services were then offered to lenders, brokers, escrow and mortgage companies. Identity Theft presentations became available in 2006 after becoming a Certified Risk Management Specialist through the Institute of Consumer Financial Education.
